What a fantastic experience working with Alyssa is! A consummate professional, she was responsive and friendly from first point of contact through receipt of the (stunning) photos. Her studio is so cute and stocked with beautiful backdrops and props that she skillfully curates around your little one. She even took every safety precaution—important for the younger littles who haven’t been exposed to all the germs yet! The shoot was fun, quick, and easy. We came in for a 6-month milestone shoot and there were no tears or anxiety. The entire experience was so lovely and then the PICTURES. The result exceeded our expectations, and we’re just so thrilled with the beautiful capture of such a special time in our lives. Alyssa is the best newborn photographer. Every picture is taken with care and an eye for detail. She photographed both my first born and second. She loves pets and managed to get an amazing shot with my newborn, squirmy toddler, and easily distracted dog. Not an easy task. Alyssa went out of her way to do an introductory call with me to explain her photography style and all the props we had the option of picking from before I booked her. My husband and I could not be happier that we selected Alyssa for our newborn photo shoot! Given the covid situation, Alyssa made us feel very comfortable by taking every precaution seriously to keep herself and us safe before/during/after our shoot. Alyssa welcomed us into her lovely new studio and had various color schemes and accessories – blankets, props, headbands, etc. – ready for us to choose from for our photos. Our baby girl was around 1 month old for the session, making her a little “older” than the typical timing for newborn photos, and Alyssa was so kind and patient in working to adjust her in the best positions. Alyssa was very professional and detail-oriented, taking her time with each shot to ensure it was perfect; she also demonstrated a lot of grace in dealing with our baby’s bathroom mishaps. We love the final photos we received; they are so beautiful and have become instant family treasures. We’re so grateful to have captured our sweet girl during her first days of life and have Alyssa to thank!

The name says it all! She was a JOY to work with! When we first arrived she had a sign welcoming our baby girl, which set the tone for our amazing shoot. She was beyond prepared, and had set up tons of props, headbands, swaddles, and much more. Everything looked so beautiful. We had discussed a special prop for my little girl, and I kid you not....Alyssa ordered it special and then tracked down the FedEx man to make sure it was there in time for the shoot!! She was so patient with our baby, and I felt so comfortable leaving my two week old in her charge. Needless to say my husband and I (and the whole family) were in awe of the beautiful moments Alyssa was able to capture. These pictures are a snapshot of a moment in time that is so special to us, and she 100% understood that. It was worth every penny, and I am so glad we did this shoot! Let me begin by saying that I was on the fence about getting newborn photos done beyond the photos taken at the hospital.
